Containing a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, it has never been easier to serve up ‘meals that say it all'. Serves 4, preparation time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 30 minutes, 1 sachet Colman’s Fish Pie Seasoning Mix, 300ml semi skimmed milk, 400g fish pie mix, 600g mashed potato, 50g Cheddar cheese, grated. Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk in a saucepan, bring to the boil stirring constantly, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 min. Add the fish and poach very gently for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Place in a warm ovenproof pie dish. Pile the mashed potato evenly over the fish, sprinkle with grated cheese and place under a preheated grill until the top is golden and bubbling.
